The relationship between us is co-creative; we are equals and both of us have an active role.  My role is different from that of a therapist, consultant. I am a trained life coach and an intuitive guide using honed communication skills as well as insight into energy and the inherent clarity and wisdom within you. Together, we create more power, strong vision and accountability by you can effect meaningful change and take dynamic action toward your goals.

You might want to get a new perspective on a professional situation, or gain insight on your health, family, friendships or creative life, or some combination of all of these.  We can discuss and implement a project you want to start or complete, create an action plan and move forward. We will devise a plan to radically shift or simply fine-tune any or all of these aspects of your life. Our goal is to reconnect you with your life sustenance.
